Wizard Solutions have coached staff throughout the business spectrum since 1997 - from Board Directors to small company owners right through to graduate new joiners and field based staff. Anyone can benefit from coaching. As corporate members of the CIPD since 1994, Wizard Solutions support the view of the CIPD study (Training & Development Survey 2004) which confirmed that coaching can have a "positive effect on the company's bottom line". We have many examples and different approaches we would be delighted to share with you. Our approach is simple - Plan, Do and Review. It works.

Our clients know that our professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership which helps clients produce fulfilling results for themselves and their organisation. Wizard Solutions coaching team help people improve their performance and enhance the quality of their working lives.

Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to tailor their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from individuals; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has. We can nurture and develop your talent - our approach is based on the highly effective GROW model.

Wizard coaching can be 'inductive' (PUSH) or 'deductive' (PULL). We believe the most effective approach, and the pure form of coaching, is 'deductive' - taking the situation (or current reality) and working with it. Where appropriate, we can instigate an 'inductive' approach to give help where needed and offer some frameworks for guidance. As with all our work, we fully tailor the approach to meet your situation.
