Overview
Our approach to team building courses has been established over the past nine years working with clients such as BP Amoco, Virgin and T T Group. The differing needs of each client's working pattern has required a flexible approach not just to the delivery of the workshop but also to the initial approach.
The main of objective of our workshops is to establish a structure upon which the delegates can build upon, back at their workplace. So often, other training providers have developed courses around team building without any real follow-up or business application.
It is our belief that team building can only continue to be effective back at the workplace using the framework of a course to establish some ground rules. Effective team working has to come from the success and productivity of well rounded, balanced team players working towards the profitability and growth of their business.
We offer four main approaches to team building:
The Classroom Based Workshop: A very effective approach based upon an interactive workshop with problems and issues reflected from the business experiences of the delegates. An ideal solution for smaller groups or 'teams within teams'. A Workplace-Classroom-Workplace Programme: Using a structured pre and post course environment, we take delegates from their place of work into a problem solving workshop allowing them to springboard back to review a 'before and after' solution. This approach builds into a dynamic action plan, owned and managed by the team themselves. |
A Residential Workshop: Taking delegates away from the business and allowing them to switch to a creative open method of learning, we experience (as a team) skill enhancement methods which identify learning and communication styles for the group to take back with them to their workplace Outward Bound Programmes: Based on the traditional training methods of 'team experience' with a Wizard slant! The outdoor facilities, located close to our training centre in the heart of Hampshire, can be used to tailor programmes from scratch or build upon successful scenarios from previous team building programmes. |
